Dr. Nathalie Antoinette Marie, MD

It’s really disappointing when you go to see someone and all you end up doing is wasting your time. From the very beginning of the appointment I did not feel like she was really understanding what I was trying to say and even asked me questions that I had already given an answer to, which tells me she was not listening. I also feel like she came into the appointment with an agenda and that agenda was to do the exact opposite of what I wanted. I understand there is protocol for certain things but to invalidate someone of what they are feeling or what they are experiencing is completely unprofessional. The whole time she was trying to blame my problem on a “deeper issue” and there really is no deeper issue. I would actually give zero stars if I could. I not only wasted my time but I wasted my money as well. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else.

Dr. Marie is an outstanding psychiatrist. She is very patient, and she really listens to me. She truly cares. She knows her medications well, and she takes the time to thoughtfully adjust my medication when needed. I highly recommend her.

For someone with trauma I say she brought on more trauma. I would leave no star if I could. She was very judgemental like someone else said. She has a questionnaire that is very intrusive and presses about trauma in a very frigid way. Her solution to my concern about having a small quantity of medication in case of emergency to last me a year was to tell me I needed multiple pills every day. Wonder what reps have her in their pocket. Horrible experience. Also, for a low income office she seemed very concerned to make sure I'd come back in a month which came off as very greedy. I left crying. Why would I be back? She needs to see a mental health specialist herself.

I have been seeing Dr Marie for about a year now and the only thing she has helped me with is giving me meds. She acts as if she’s annoyed with me the entire session. She does not seem interested or involved. I don’t go to a doctor and spend my money for someone to not listen to me. The gets angry quick and her tone shifts. If you have thin skin, do not see this doctor.

What an awesome doctor! Dr. Marie really help me out in a difficult situation when I was dealing with PTSD and panic / anxiety disorder. She really listens and you can tell she cares. I've been under her care for about 11 months and don't know where I would be without her.

She is the only one that made me fell comfortable during my therapy sessions, she is awesome.
