My boyfriend made an appointment for his son for a cleaning. He provided them the insurance information and a few days later they said it was 100% covered. They went for the cleaning and was told he needed $6000 in work and was billed $242 for cleaning stating it wasnt covered by insurance. He never paid the bill and was sent to collections.We went to another dentist who said he only needed $900 worth of work. We eventually paid the whole bill because they wouldnt even negotiate a price. This office is a rip off. I would give them no stars if possible. If you want to give your money away go here.
