Uncaring, Unprofessional, Uncommunicative and he'll be late to his own funeral. Nathan makes sure you know whose time is more value. Hint: It's not yours!

I went in for a simple neck block pain treatment and requested No Anesthesia. No one bothered the share this info on their team and I was given Anesthesia. After complaining to this DR, he assured me that the staff would be retrained and that I would not be responsible for the bill. However I did get a bill and have been arguing it for over a year. This DR and his nurses have repeatedly told me it would be taken care of and has failed to do so. Today, a collection company contacted me. Don't do business with this person.

Dr Harrison is a knowledgeable and caring physician who searched for the correct treatment I needed, ordered the imaging necessary to diagnose, and stated his goal of pain relief and normal activity. He answered all my questions and is available on MyChart, where I can discuss any questions via messages (at my convenience). My treatment plan included steroid injections and ablation therapy. I would recommend Dr Harrison to anyone close to me who needed pain management.

Dr. Harrison is by far the most uncaring medical "professional" I have ever encountered. He will not even look you in the eye, has an ice cold demeanor, and talks to you like you are an inconvenience in his day. Without performing an exam, without even reviewing my records, he stood there with his arms folded and told me there was nothing he could do for me. He then had the gall to overbill me for exams he absolutely did not perform. I filed a complaint with my insurance company over it. Thank goodness I was able to find a caring, engaging, and involved pain management physician. Why this guy is still employed by Ochsner is a mystery. Many of his reviews are terrible and are mostly of the same experience as mine.

So embarrassed. Dr Harrison when entering exam room, immediately loudly " Just to let you know I do not prescribe pain med. It was so shocking as he did not even introduce him self or read over my records. I am 70 years old & never have I seen a doctor behave in this manner. I was treated like someone just seeking drugs and not someone who needed thorough exam & then a decision as how to proceed with my care. I feel sorry for anyone else who may have experienced this horrible care. Shame on him & Ochsner as I am sure they must be aware of this situation, as it is all over the internet!

Love love this doctor. I'm an RN and can say that he is very knowledgeable & compassionate. He is not one to prescribe meds quickly nor to do a procedure that may not be necessary. He will fully evaluate each patient and discuss treatment options with the patient's goals in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Harrison.

My mom is 73 years old and lives in pain. We've seen Dr. Harrison a few times because he is trying so hard to get my mom out of pain. She's suffering from muscle, nerve AND join pain. We've enacted multiple strategies (pain stimulator, meds, injections) and throughout this entire process, Dr. Harrison is kind, caring and always professional. I appreciate the compassion he shows to my mom and the patience he understands is needed to communicate with her (post stroke). His staff are wonderful and very compassionate.

Usually I see Dr. Schneider but was scheduled for Harrison this time. Every time I have an appt with him, I have to wait because he is running late! Today I have been waiting to be called back for well over an hour! Uncaring, in a hurry, arrogant, poor people skills! I absolutely love his staff, I have been his patient for going on 6 years! I hate appt with Dr. Harrison!

I went to Dr Harrison about a year ago and was 100% percent happy with him. I suffered with severe pain in my lower back and hip and he suggested medicine at first and then got the injection and after that I felt like a hundred bucks. I thought he was very professional and informed me ever step of the way.Of course I am having issues again and will definitely go back to him. I think he is great!
