Dr. Nathan Michael Jones, MD

By far the worst ER physician I have ever encountered. He will absolutely dismiss any problem or pain you have until either a hospitalist or a specialty takes over. I have never felt so hopeless in my life like I did under his care. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This man is absolutely the worst physician I have ever encountered. I was dismissed by him twice after a fall, without an actual examination. He then proceeded to falsify his statement on my medical chart, stating he did a complete and thorough exam. He did not.

I was also refused care by him. He acted sarcastic and snooty, and I hope I never have him again in the ER.

This physician refused care to my husband and stated to my husband and I both that he could not do anything for him besides cause us to “incur medical costs that we could not afford.” We were treated so unfair and we’ve never experienced anything like this before in my life. This guy stood in our room and argued with us both regarding why he would not even do additional blood work after admitting to us that there was glucose in my husbands urine. After multiple ER visits we thought that my husband would be admitted and further evaluated, he refused and also stated “what are they going to diagnose that’s not acutely found in the ER tonight?” I’m leaving here in tears because I’ve never been treated in such manner. The nerve of this guy to discuss his assumptions of us not being able to afford medical bills is absurd. My husband has lost more than 30 lbs over the last few months and this facility has records of the weight loss from his ER visits. I will be contacting Patient Advocate,… Ethics, CMO, CNO and anyone else necessary to make them aware of the kind of individual on staff at their facility.
