I hold a MA from Amberton University in Garland Texas, and BA in pastoral counseling from Criswell college in Dallas Texas, I have twenty-five years experience in christian counseling, and a multicultural therapist. I help clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My treatment approach includes cognitive behavioral, rational emotive, solution-focus, behavior modification, and evidence-based theories. I help clients achieve meaningful goals to live a productive life they are seeking counseling for. It takes courage to seek help, and you have taken the first step toward that goal. My treatment focus includes relationship issues, family, depression, anxiety, parenting, youth and adolescence , religion, grief, and trauma.
