The service is below any standards of Health care. The nurses keep waiting in a consultation room waiting for 1.5 hour for an eco test and finally they said they forgot me. So, they said ‘we are sorry, but you have to come in 2 months for a new appointment’. No more explanation. Nobody else was in the office to provide the test that I was scheduled to be done. Very incompetent!

Dr. Laufer was great! He saw us both and we learned some new things. We plan to continue with him going forward. We think he will be a good knowedgeable doctor for us and we had good conversation. We would recommend.

The nurse called me on my appointment time and took my vitals.I then had to wait 40 minutes to see a P.A. Who gave me the results of my test.This could have been accomplished with a telephone call,patient portal,or e-mail.Very inefficient waste of everyone’s time.I like and trust Dr.Laufer but the back office wait and red tape can sometime be frustrating.
