Dr. Nathan Paul Long, MD

I had my surgery on 2/25/25 I'm 1 month post op. Dr. Long is amazing very kind and very knowledgeable. He's patient and funny. I l'm starting to see more and more results. You must be ready to keep compression as Dr. Long tells you. The procedure was not painful at all and I talked to him through the whole surgery. Definitely a great Doctor.

If i could give more stars i would. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Long and his staff. They are truly an amazing crew. Dr Long understood the assignment and made my dream come true, gave me the dream body I've been longing for. He is the G O A T when it comes to liposuction. I am a very happy patient.

Dr Long is very nice and so is his staff. HOWEVER you will NOT looked snatched if that is your goal. For some reason it looks good like the first week or 2 and that is when he takes the pictures, but after that, no matter how many fajas and waist trainers you wear for months on end, it won't look like its supposed to. Not wanting to give a bad review but being honest. I'm in a lipo group on FB and see results from days to weeks to years. Visceral fat is not a reason for your 360 lipo to not look like you got 360 lipo. They laughed me being told that. Its summer I'm frustrated, sad and thinking how to save money to get a 360 that will look like I wanted and everyone else with good results.

I’m very depressed with my results, he lied to me just to get my money, over 8 years of research I put my trust and faith in this doctor and he failed me horribly. This has taken a toll on me , knowing I paid all this money to have the same results is just heartbreaking. After 2 months nothing has gotten better, he is unorganized and very scattered brain. Please beware don’t make the same mistakes. He is an internist and should not be doing Cosmetic Surgery he doesn’t know what he is doing. I wasn’t fat or overweight he told me I was going to be a excellent candidate and the results would be easy to achieve. He lipo’d my but because he thought it was my back, leaving me with a long flat but that comes out at the bottom ????. Find a doctor that knows what they are doing. He is not that doctor.

This doc is not a real cosmetic surgeon and has no clue what he is doing. He takes your money and when you request revisions he acts like he doesn’t see the issue. Doesn’t listen to your wants and main concerns. Please stay away from this unorganized place the doc is clueless doesn’t know how to contour. I’m very boxey no change threw a lot of left over fat away instead of using it to contour my but. ????

After three children and three surgeries, my stomach area was a mess. I had always been able to lose between 15 to 20 pounds on my own, but I was just never able to lose it in my stomach area. After struggling with trying to lose the weight, a friend offered a suggestion. She said, “I see you working hard and not getting the results you want.” My friend referred me to Dr. Nathan Long. Making the decision to do liposuction was a tough decision. With so many things out there, I decided this was the best decision for me. I am very happy with my results and know to keep the results, I have to continue working hard. Lipo is not a permanent fix, because in order to keep the weight off, you have to continue a healthy routine. Dr. Long was great with making sure I understood in order to keep my results, I had to continue having a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Long and his staff were extremely awesome to work with. From my consultation and planning with Yadi, to my follow up appointments with… Jessica. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or greater staff. When anyone asks what my secret was to looking great...I always say, “It’s not a secret, I had lipo and I had the best doctor! His name is Dr. Nathan Long.” I love the results I have and the results I continue achieving. I definitely give Dr. Long and his staff 5 stars!!

Worst doctor ever. I wonder why he’s into plastic surgery when he’s an internist. Just ripping off people. Horrible staff!
