Awful office

Dr. Keller is actually the only doctor that actually has taken the time to put me in the right medicine. Primary care doctors definitely doesn’t know which medicine to recommend. Mental health clinics is a joke. Dr. Keller takes his time to speak speak with me and figure it out which medicine is right for me. I read about reviews regarding office staff - I really don’t care about that. At the end of the day it’s abou the doctor and how they can figure it out how to put a pt in the right medicine when it comes to mental health. His staff are fine like any other medical or dental office. Dr.Keller knowledge about his specialty to me is the most important value to me. Thank you Dr. Keller

DR. KELLER I WANT TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE. BOTH MY FAMILY AND I HAVE SEEN A GREAT IMPROVEMENT WITH MY DEPRESSION AND BIPOLAR SINCE I BEGAN TREATMENT WITH YOU. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW DIFFICULT IT MUST BE WORKING IN MENTAL HEALTH AND WITH ALL TYPES OF EXPLOSIVE AND UNSTABLE PERSONALITIES. YOU TRULY MAKE IT SEEM EASY BREEZY!! THANK YOU!

I cannot stress enough how poorly this office is run. The staff is rude. The billing department insisted my sister owed for her Medicare deductible, even though I showed them proof that her deductible had been paid. I have found her another doctor. Her previous doctor of 20 years left his practice to join a hospital, and he sent us to Dr. Keller. I've never heard her say this about one of her psychiatrists, but she said she hated him the very first time she saw him. I told her to try and get along with him, but she hates him. He's not very nice. Beware. And if you're on Medicare, keep your statements. They will try to screw you.

Dr. Keller totally deserved the recommendations I received from 2 of my doctors. His interview was thorough, and he gave me plenty of time to answer his questions and to provide feedback. I felt he was genuinely concerned about me. His receptionist is totally another story. She is curt, gruff, and seems uninterested. She needs a lesson in empathy from Dr. Keller.

I was very disappointed in this dr and shocked by how limited and inaccurate judgement expressed in at least 3 different ways: 1. That he appears to believe a person can not possibly be depressed if they are able to derive any enjoyment out of life; 2. A rigid belief that after age 60 ALL individiuals are at significant risk of cardiac problems even if a cardiologist tells a particular 60 plus person that they are fine and 3. Dr Keller appears to have a limited understanding of the concept of a 12 hour sustained release drug and apparently believes that appropriate dosing is to take one pill before breakfast and the second one at lunch....rather than spaced 12 hrs apart per the FDA and manufacturers dosing recommendations. Moreover, the office is poorly run and the staff is unpleasant e
