He will not give you a direct diagnosis. He will have you waiting for hours after your appointment time, and will delay sending your paperwork to your employer. I waited 15 weeks for my paperwork and even then he did not fill it out correctly.

The wait time is effing ridiculous. 45 min wait time. seriously??? His staff left a vm to confirm appntmnt. and messed up my last name. they called me 4 different times to reschedule an existing appntmnt. that i adjusted my schedule for because he was only available at that time in the first place!!!!! Dont go here.
