If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable doctor, he is not the one. I did lab work in September, and he didn't even check the results. When I complained two months later, in November, someone from his office called me and said, "Overall, everything is good!" When I didn't accept this message, a few days later, he called and said, "I don't have time to call my patients, everything is good," and hung up the phone! Yes, that's the way he treated me, and probably you, then charged the insurance over $300 for a 20-minute check-up! They changed my appointment before confirming with me. Fortunately, I found a wonderful doctor. However, when I saw the new doctor and how the new doctor's staff treated me and other patients, I realized what I had missed! I am not surprised his rating is 4, and I am sure it will go down to 1! His staff is unprofessional!
