Dr. Natividad Verdejo, MD

Dr. Natividad Verdejo has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I am 98 years old and have been under the care of many different primary care doctors and specialists in my lifetime. I can say that Dr. Verdejo provides the best medical care and takes the time necessary to answer questions patiently and thoroughly. Last month, I was facing a health crisis but didn't want to go to the ER and risk being exposed to the coronavirus. Dr. Verdejo, in her compassionate and knowledgeable manner, convinced me to go and I ended up having emergency surgery that same day! I thank God for Dr. Verdejo and her wonderful staff.

I have been a patient for one and half years. Pacific Family Medicine and Dr Verdejo is a great doctors office. Dr. Verdejo is a miracle work. She has always asked questions to insure my needs are handled. The staff in the office is equal or better then any doctors office, That I have ever been before. 5 STAR PLUS

After making me wait for 1.5 hours they ran over $2,000 of blood tests that they did not get authorization for from me or my insurance and refused to give me the results. They also failed to do the one thing I was there for...give me a referral to a specialist which they said that they did so my insurance will not cover that appointment either. This office cost me over $2,600.

Dr. Verdejo herself is professional and appears to be genuinely caring. The running of the office, though, is very chaotic. Even with an appointment, I have had to wait 2+ hours. When concerns are raised about this, they simply brush it aside. It appears as if their method is to over-schedule. A lot of the patients she sees appear to non-English speaking, Hispanics. This also eats into the schedule as they seem to need more time to fill up forms or get clarification. The staff are not friendly, very dismissive or demonstrate poor communication and follow-ups. Entire process is very frustrating and frankly not worth the stress.

It's very easy to get an appointment. Dr. V. is great and spends enough time and made sure my concerns were address. The down fall is administration, ladies are nice but their assistance is not professional. My calls were never returned. Nurse didnt returned my call either. When I called the office I was put on hold I was disconnected (several times). I typically had to call more than once before they answer their phone. Waiting time with appointment was over 3 hours. Horrible! Be prepare to wait over 3 hours to see this Dr..

the PA at this practice bailey freed is horrible very unprofessional i was treated very bad and unprofessional waited over three hours three times i was there bailey freed pa is not a caring professional at all dont waist your money or time on these people the entire staff are horrible. waiting room had feeces on chair i cant describe how bad this expierence was for me without sounding crazy

La Dra. Verdejo es excelente como persona y como profesional, ella le dedicara todo el tiempo del mundo para atender su caso, por tal razn, a veces, el tiempo en la sala de espera suele dilatarse un poco, aun as, vale la pena esperar por una doctora que lo atender con gran esmero y real inters por su salud.
