Dr. Naureen Ruqia Jaffri, DO

The father is the only one who truly cares for the patients. The son and daughter are just arrogant and will use you like a guinea pig for all their psycotripic drugs even if a proven combination works well and has been a consistent therapy for you. They charge the insurance for psychotherapy and really all they do is medication management and send you to outside counseling. Dr Martin L Gerstenzang who referred all his client base to them before he retired and passed away must not be resting in peace as he truly cared for his patients and spent an hour and up to two hours with his patients. (Whatever was needed) this is a 'drive thru' practice at best.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, 90 min wait times. Office is a dump.

Had to find a new shrink after the one I had been seeing closed her private practice. Dr. Naureen continued my meds as they had been prescribed for years. Asks questions pertinent to my state of mood, is always ready with a note for my workplace that I sometimes forget to ask for.

Dr. Jaffri ls a very caring physician. She takes a lot of time to hear your concerns. Her diagnosis are right on the money. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She is one of the best doctors I have.
