Felt rushed, she had one foot out the door while trying to ask her questions. Waste of time and money

Dr dana was a terrible doctor. Spent time with me only 5 mins. I left her office disappointed, frustrated, unsecured. I dont recommend anybody to go see this doctor.

Dr. Dana was one of the most unpersonable doctors that I have ever met. Her bedside manner was terrible and she did her best to belittle my mother and make her feel like she was wasting her time.

I had a few issues with Dr. Dana and staff. First off, I was given a diagnosis that I found concerning and confusing. However, because it's a common condition Dr Dana didn't seem to take my questions/concerns seriously. Second, the lab environment at Lahey was dehumanizing. I felt like cattle waiting to be poked, prodded and moved along.And finally, when presented with difficulty getting labs and appt. as instructed, I asked for help from the nurses in Dr. Dana's office. The nurses gave me a form to address my specific issue but did not answer my questions about what the normal procedure should have been and I left very confused.I've changed providers.

great doctor, knowledgeable, caring, she is in no rush to get you in and out, I drive 450 miles to see her from Canada,I trust her and will always go to her as long as I can make the drive
