Dr. Navdeep S Jassal, MD

The moment I met Dr Jassal he was caring and reassuring that he could help me with an out patient procedure called MILD. He took time it to me so that I could understand and answered all my questions. He was reassuring which gave me confidence in him and the procedure. The procedure was done and the next day I was pain free, which I had not been for many months. I am so thankful for Dr Jassal, who is professional, kind and able to help people with innovative pain management.

After being treated by other pain management doctors with little or no success for my spinal stenosis I went to Dr. Jassal. Without a doubt, he is the very best doctor in his field. Dr. Jassal is a knowledgeable, caring doctor who takes his time and explains everything in simple language. Needless to say after the treatment my pain level is almost nonexistent and I can live a normal life. His office and office staff is great too. I recommended him to many of my friends and they have had great success with Dr. Jassal also. Don't waste your time seeing anyone else, there is none better.

I was referred to a specific doctor. I called 3 times and left messages. No return call. I tried to book online. Finally I got a call and was told they were between schedulers. I asked to be scheduled with the specific doctor by name. I was given an appointment weeks out. i filled out a ton of paperwork and had a folder of records. I got there 30 minutes early allegedly so my records could be reviewed. No one even asked for them. When I was in the office with the nurse I learned I was not scheduled to see the doctor I requested. And the one I requested wasn’t even in the office. She said the dr wanted to see only one of the many radiology disks I brought (of different body parts due ton chronic pain and neurological issues). An hour after my scheduled appointment the nurse came in to check if I had seen the doctor. 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment and 2 hours after I arrived, I left Without ever seeing the doctor. My kids had a mandatory meeting later and there was no… indication how much longer I would have to wait. He wasn’t even the doctor I had been referred to or scheduled (or so I thought) to be seen by. He may be great, but 90 minutes waiting in a pain Clinic (this isn’t a physician delivering a baby) is my limit. Not sure how late the office stays open but my impression was I was not going to get any significant time to discuss a year of issues. No one called to apologize so it appears they don’t care.

A serious auto accident did significant damage to my spine, several years before I moved to Florida and met Dr. Jassal. I am happy to say that Dr. jassal is the very best and most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He remains current on the latest technologies and takes the time to make his patients feel well cared for. He's simply the best.

Dr.Jassal is certainly 1 of a kind. He has been a blessing to me, I do not do well taking Pain medication nor do I want to. Dr.Jassal did a Spinal stim implant and a cornerloc on me and the results have been amazing.

I was very pleased with Dr. Jassel as he is the first doctor of many that I have seen in years that was very proactive. He was helpful in explaining the various pain medications and their risks. He also made several suggestions such as a tens unit and another machine that I have never heard of. He suggested a physical therapist for techniques that might help me lessen overall pain and another program that helps with psychological coping techniques. So I went away with a good plan in addition to medication. Dr. Jassel is very respectful and friendly. Seems like I made a great find!

This doctor took the time to fully explain all my options and answer every question I had. Was truly a outstanding experience.
