I am a high risk pregnant , and cannot make a better choice than selecting Dr Mootabar as my Obgyn . He takes his time in answering all my questions and explaining the options . With a vast experience , Care and professionalism I feel I am in GOOD Hands . As a high risk pregnant woman o would highly recommend him . From the moment you enter the practice you are treated well and in timely manner. The staff is the reflection of the doctor. Pleasant and courteous.

Dr. Mootabar saved my wife's life at the Mount Kisko ER when she had a major hemorrhage after delivering at a different hospital. He was kind, compassionate, and patient with my scared out of my mind, sleep deprived, and frequent questions.

Dr. Mootabar and his staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about him and all of the staff.

A friend recommended Dr Mootabar to me .I only had a minor issue but he seemed knowledgeable and engaged although it was nt a big thing .However,I waited almost an hr and the office front desk women seemed aggravated and almost rude .There were alot of people complaining about their wait too.So,be prepared .I'll try one more visit .

I waited over an hour for every appointment with this MD. As a GYN I was satisfied but once I got pregnant follow up was difficult and I felt as though he was uncaring and negligent. He refused to order tests that my specialist had insisted on. I would not recommend him or his office to anyone

Dr. Mootabar was very nice...problem.was the waitingroom.was crowded with people waiting g I think.

Wonderful doctor. He spent a lot of time with me and at the end I really felt he was the only one who was doing what was best for me and not just giving me the same generic answer. I think he's unique in that he actually really cares about his patients. You don't see that nowadays with too many doctors.

Recently saw him as a new patient coming in.I liked him and it seems he solved an issue I had.That being said the front office people seem not engaged or too bysyor something. Young girl on her phone or texting right at the desk and never looked up at me.R Eal turn off.

I felt unimportant and made to feel like I was taking too much of his time with my questions. Still searching.

I don't believe any negative review thats there. I have been a long time patient of his. He saved my life in my first pregnancy when he diagnosed me with placenta accreta and set me up at Columbia University to deliver safely. He always takes time to listen and never rushes me out. In fact sometimes he talks too much about my family that he ends up running late. I think he is truly an unique doctor. Never met anyone like him!
