Dr. Navjot Kaur Rakkar

I waited 2 days for a prescription refill that I’ve had from Dr. Rikkar for about five years (I’ve been a patient of hers for 10 years). I’ve been told “it’s in the Dr.’ inbox” and “it was faxed” after numerous phone calls. Either the Dr. doesn’t check her inbox with any semblance of regularity or the office staff is incompetent (or lying?). Either way, this is sub-standard patient care!

Could not get a prescription refilled after two days of phone calls even though I’ve been a patient for 10 years. Excuses such as “it’s in the Dr.’s inbox” and “it’s been faxed” are evidence of either incompetence or indifference (maybe lying?) I only gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. No excuse!

Always on time and answers all questions. Very comfortable office

I have been going to Dr Rakkar for several years and I highly recommend her. Her appointments are on time and she always spends enough time to go over issues that I am having and stays in touch with my other doctors regarding my health. I deal a lot with Jada, one of the medical assistants, and she is always helpful and returns my calls in a timely manner.

I was in to see the doctor. She spent 1minute and 75 seconds. Did not ask me how I was feeling. I had gone to see her to get my blood work. I do not go to doctors very often but for blood work and check my blood pressure. So so disappointed. This is not the first time. Looking for a new doctor

I have work in the Medical Industry for over 30 + and have call on many doctors in my time. I places Dr. Rakka at the top of the list. She is also my personal family health care provider, and her staff is truly outstanding too. She is always on time, and take great length to hear what you have to say, and she is great in returning a good health message to you. I have recommended numerous neighbors to her offices.

While Dr.Rakkar is a great doctor, I find her staff id lacking in manners, empathy or any knowledge of healthcare when it comes to a patient needs. They have total disregard for the urgent need of pharmaceutical refills and completely blocks off communicatins from the doctor unless you schedule a visit.

Dr Rakkar has been my doctor for 8 years and I think she is a fantastic doctor. I live 1 hrs drive from her office and I wouldn't think of getting a closer doctor. I trust her with all my medical needs.
