If I could give 0 Stars I would....I waited in the waiting room for 3 HOURS for a routine drs appt, just to get a prescription refill and then once I FINALLY got called in, I waited another 45 minutes in the office. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SEES THIS DOCTOR!!! I seen other patients come and go while waiting almost a WHOLE WORKDAY in here!! It was RIDICULOUS how long I had to wait!! Never will I come see this doctor ever again!! The least they could have done was call me and reschedule my appt. Or tell me that the dr was 3 hours behind on his 3pm patient appt.

I called Advocate yesterday to see if I could see my Dr because I wasn’t feeling well. They said she wasn’t available, but asked if I wanted to see Dr. Singh. They said he had a 10:30 available. I got there at 10:28 am. I waited till 12:00 pm just to get back to the room to be seen. The nurse checked my vitals and left. I waited another 45 minutes just to see the Dr. Finally I got up and left and asked for my deductible back. When I was in line to get my money back the nurse called my name saying they fund the Dr. I was told he took a phone call and stepped out. Then I was told that he likes to triple book patients. I was very upset by this point. When he came to the room, he did not apologize. Apparently he thinks this is acceptable for a patient to wait 2 and a half hours. His behavior is unacceptable and I will not be going back to advocate. When I was on my way out I talked to a supervisor and she said she would escalate my complaint. I was told he does this all the time. So my… question is why are they accepting this. When I say they I mean advocate. What ever happened to patient care over money?

He didn't touch me on several appointments. He didn't listen to my heart . I am diabetic he didn't check my ears, throat, or my feet. I think it was because I have Medicaid insurance. Other that I can talk to him. I switch Dr.
