Dr. Mark Andrew Yoder, MD

This doctor (the specialist) saw my brother the morning before he died, which was on a Sunday, and detected the need for a test to confirm a diagnosis. However, he said “it wasn’t urgent,” when asked why it was ordered for Monday. He coded and died on Monday morning. Then, the attending physician failed to request a full autopsy. Yoder claimed they were “SHOCKED” to hear he had died and if they’d have known it was “dire,” they would’ve done the test sooner. They had no idea what was wrong, had no urgency to diagnose, and zero regard to find out the truth in what caused his death. These doctors failed him, the hospital system failed him, and they all failed my family because we have ZERO idea from where the disease sourced.

I suffer from chronic pulmonary ilnes and was at another local hospital were the pulmonary doctor decided to pull the plug on me, but my family decided to transfer me Rush ,were i fell in the best medical hands that their could ever be and those hands are Dr. Yoder's hands. As soon as I arrived they did some testing on me and got the appropriate help,and the staff at Rush is great and very kind and human. Thanks to this man Dr. Mark A Yoder I'm very proud to say I'm alive!!!!!

Dr. Yoder is a great Doctor and I highly recommend him.
