Dr Chowdhury has excellent bedside manner. He's always respectful of me as a patient and I feel heard during our interactions.

Dr. Chowdhury is a wonderful doctor. I met him 5 years ago and from surgery through my treatment he was always kinds and encouraging. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I desperately needed help for 12 repetitive tonsil infections. Dr. Chowdhury was going to perform a revision tonsillectomy on me. When trying to have questions answered directly through the office staff, the patient portal or even while trying to contact Dr. Chowdhury, the ball was dropped over and over again. There were problems with several time-sensitive matter such as surgery and appointment scheduling, medication, testing, etc. I felt dismissed and as if my infections were of no priority to this office- even Dr. Chowdhury. I was hung up on by staff twice and then told, by the office, that the line "disconnected". I spoke with Dr. Chowdhury directly about all these issues but he seemed indifferent and even somewhat annoyed. Dr. Chowdhury appeared to place the treatment of patients by staff on low priority and informed me that it couldn't be corrected soon. Do not consider this practice if you are concerned with patient care. There seems to be a total lack of accountability for… staff mistakes. When I was told someone would be calling me to schedule and discuss my upcoming surgery, I waited 26 days and then called the practice myself. This was because I developed, yet another, infection. Chowdhury appears to be more hesitant about approaching staff and correcting important problems than patients' immediate needs. This experience was not worth it. I lost time and got no answers.

Extremely caring ENT is very though and is open to listen to your concerns and if I make a suggestion on something I read on the internet about my issues he is very open minded in discussing ! The BEST Vanderbilt has!!!

I have seen ENT & OTO through the years. Some were excellent with little bedside manner or caring. Others were caring but not always sure about what they are doing. Dr. Chowdhury Cares about people and know his stuff. Great doc and great guy.

I've had sinus issues over the past 30 years including two surgeries. Dr. Chowdhury is the absolute best ENT that has ever treated me. He is extremely thorough and takes his time with you.

I had a difficult case and he worked with me through it all. Listens to what you say and makes a plan. I highly recommend Dr Chowdury if you need ENT.
