Diagnosed and resolved long-term sinus and Eustacia tube issues!

I came to Dr. Lees because I read all the reviews about how caring and attentive if he is. The service I received today with anything but that. I have never felt so dismissed and unimportant in a doctors visit. I had to go wait in the room for 45 minute for my appointment and then when he came in he immediately dismissed the reason I was there, cut me off and wouldn’t let me explain my issue. He was not the right doctor to help me, okay I understand that.. I asked if he could help me find one and he said no. I would not recommend Dr. Lee to anyone, I SOBBED my heart out after this appointment

I took my daughter for her sinus problem, he totally ignored the whole problem and literally said that this sinus problem is all the work of devil. And, he wasn’t joking at all, he really wanted me to believe that and go with it. This guy has nothing to do with doctor. Don’t waste your time on him.

Office called me the Friday before my Monday appointment to tell me that the doctor needed to cancel. Offered me one day out of a three week period which I would not be able to attend due to my job. Basically told me too bad... I asked if it meant that I could not get into their office and the receptionist said yes. This was after a four week wait to my original appointment.

Do not go to this office if you truly want a medical problem addressed. You will wait for hours in the waiting room. Once you get taken back, you will wait again for an extended period of time. If you ask a question of the staff, you are intimidating and get the door slammed in your face. Will never go back to this office or recommend to anyone in Sumner County.

I went to him for my ears. He would not even listen to me about my ears. I did two visits. On each of these visits, he only wanted to talk about something that was not related to the reason I came to him. He put down other physicians. I have never had another Doctor do that. Finally on the second visit, after I insisted we talk about my ears and he blew me off like it was nothing(this had been at least 6 months worth of problems), he finally said he would order a test.. So I go out and his girl said you are free to go. I said he was ordering a test. And she said no. I said ok. and knew I would never go back. On the first visit, they wanted me to have a hearing test but could not tell me if it was covered by insurance. I was told that was not something they did. I would have to do it.

Dr. Lee has performed surgery on both my daughter and myself. We have been extremely satisfied with him as our doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This doctor never examined me for what I was referred for. Overly animated and loses track while typing on computer. Made diagnosis with no exam or tests. Spoke negatively of my other physicians. I left with prescriptions I didn't need nor want and my issue still went unaddressed. The waiting area was filthy.

Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor.
