Dr. Wen Tsai Shiao, MD

The man had a room of angry patients, one woman who has waited 6 months with lawyers to get her paperwork. He won't answer her calls. In my case, he had me help him with paperwork, the printer, and reloading an ink cartridge just to get papers he agreed to two months prior, for my mother. He responded to a care facility that he wasn't my mother's primary care doctor when he is, which caused a tremendous amount of stress and trouble. He later said he was confused. He then asked for money for printed copies of papers that could have been faxed, except he doesn't have office equipment. This man is a joke, and worse, he is rude. I would avoid. We will sort out a new physician for my mother moving forward.

Dr. Shiao is very knowledgeable. One of the best. and I love his nurse Ashley. She is very friendly, professional, compassionate and always wears a smile. Very fortunate to found Dr. Shiao.
