Dr. Nayer Nagui Khouzam, MD

Caveat: Patient is a physician. Dr. Khouzam is warm, caring and compassionate. He is also very thorough, answers all questions, takes the time necessary to explain your condition and course of treatment and is an all-around good human being. Surgeons are known for their "god-complexes". Dr. Khouzam is totally missing that negative element. I highly recommend him. In addition, his staffer Tammy, is one of the kindest and most helpful persons ever. The cherry on the top is that the building is single-story, parking in front of the door, quiet and comfortable.

Helped me through a very scary time in my life. He is very thorough, honest, and genuine person. Nurses rave about him ( I came to find out during my hospitalization).

When my husband was brought into the hospital *+ years ago, Dr Khouzam told him he was not a good candidate for bypass but he wanted to try and save his life. He laid out clearly what his options were. He did, indeed, save his life & I was most fortunate to see him in the elevator recently when my husband was in for an additional surgery. He remembered my husband and our family and I had not seen him since my husband was discharged after a 1 month stay. God Bless this most gifted man! Our family loves him so much because we had 8 additional years of celebrating life.

My fiance (23 years old) had a lung condition that progressed from infancy to adulthood and required that an entire lod be removed. Dr Khouzam assured us of the benefits of the surgery and made us feel completely comfortable. He thoroughly explained the procedure in lamens terms which helped tremendously.

I required Bypass surgery. Being a physician myself,I had insight on which surgeon I would chose to perform my surgery. By far, Dr. Khouzam was my first pick. His skills and fund of knowledge are phenominal. He is a truly gifted surgeon. His surgical outcomes rank with the best of the best.....truly a doctors doctor!
