Dr. Naysha M Varghese, MD

Rude, condescending and basically unprofessional. Needs to put her cell phone away when with patients. Stalker made contact with me at her office through one of her employees. Last physical lasted 5 minutes. I wouldn't trust her with a dead worm in a Wagon Wheel rut

Dr Varghese is a wonderful doctor. She was nice, kind, and was able to make me feel comfortable being at the doctors. She is very knowledgeable about anything that I asked questions about, from immunizations to specialty doctors. She spent plenty of time with me. I have referred all my friends and family to her, even my kids love her!! She is truly the best!!

I moved about 45 miles and, sadly, had to find a new PCP. As a new patient, one would think a physician would spend some time asking questions about medical history, family medical history, eating and exercise habits, etc. Nothing! She spent maybe 10 minutes with me. She seemed to be annoyed that I was taking up her day. Very rushed and horrible bed side manner. Very arrogant and rude. I eventually found a new PCP that I love.

Dr Varghese was my Dr for years. I liked her,, "BUT",, towards the end things went haywire. I'm more inclined to think it was the office staff that continuously screwed up. she is no longer with Waterford family physicians - she moved. nobody told me and when I showed up for my last appointment they informed me that she wasn't working there anymore. seems like she could have said something to me..

You will spend more time in the room waiting than you will seeing this doctor. She give each patient about 5 minutes of her time, usually berating them (the walls are thin). The nurses seem something confused on what is going on as she is always rushing from patient to patient.

Very rude. Shows no sympathy and doesnt listen. First Dr I've had with major attitude "arms crossed and all". Don't go there you will waste your money and the little time she gives you.

Dr. Varghese was very gentle when I told her about my unease with doctors. She made the appointment as comfortable as possible, was easy to talk to, and was attentive when I explained my health concerns. I did not feel rushed at all like with most other doctors. I would recommend her to everyone. Furthermore, the nursing staff, office staff, etc have all been very friendly and helpful.

Was listed as my new primary care doctor by insurance. I don't feel that the doctor listened at all. Rather than continue with the medication prescribed by my previous doctor, which I felt has worked well for me for years for a pre-existing condition, she made recommendations to send me for off-site testing (most likely expensive) and alternative treatments. Except for one nurse the staff was somewhat quiet and standoffish. My actual visit was very short after waiting over half an hour. They couldn't look up exactly what my insurance would cover and assured me I would get a bill if I did owe anything. However, the office made a crucial mistake on my billing address which I caught on walking out otherwise all future bills would've been sent somewhere else.

I was not told what tests were going to be run and got a bill later. This bill was very high, I can't afford to pay it and now they keep telling me there's nothing they can do for me. She was rude, the nurses were rude. I would NOT advise going to this doctor what so ever
