Messed up breast job and unprofessional. Terrible experience overall

Nazih Haddad M.D. and his staff have been more than great. From my first visit with them Laura and Shannon have gave me excellent customer service from offering me water to helping assist with information in regards to my surgery. I overall am very satisfied with my surgery which has been now a 2 month recovery and can not be any happier with my choice in choosing Dr. Haddad to be my doctor. He is an amazing Dr and takes in all concerns and is very helpful to his patients to making sure we stay healthy and happy with all the results. He has also followed right back with any question i had during my recovery i appreciated that more than anything. I would recommend Dr Haddad to any woman seeking to do any breast augmentation results couldn't have came out any better. Thanks again to Horizon Cosmetic Surgery and their staff for being the best first surgery experience Ive had.

I had my breast augmentation in 2011 with Dr haddad and I have never been happier. I love my breast i feel more confident and better about my body. Dr haddad was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concern. I happy very happy and would recommend dr. haddad to anyone. Thank you Dr. Haddad and staff for my wonderful experience.

I went to a couple physcians who seemed more concerned about price and getting me in and out rather than taking care of me... This doctor actually took the time to understand what i was looking for before my actual surgery. My results are great, i got loads of copliments about them, and the process was smoother than i thought. He followed up with me afterwards just to make sure everything was taken care of... definitely recommend checking him out...

i did my nose sugery and i visited him 5 days after my apptcomplaining that i am still having the same symptoms i had before the surgery,he said nothing we can do about it i told u it ll come back,he spent less than 5 minute with me.he was mean,i would never go back to his office againg

Two weeks ago, I had a face, eye and neck lift by Dr. Haddad. My results? perfection! I look exactly the same, as I requested, but refreshed and natural. I had absolutely no complications and was out of the house after 48 hours. Most importantly, I was married to this Dr. and we had a bitter and long divorce. Yet when I wanted to get plastic surgery, I would have not trusted anyone but him. He is a perfectionist, an incredible surgeon. I had to beg him for at least six months and have the kids intervene on my behalf until he accepted to perform the surgery on me. He is the typical surgeon. In the office, he is hyper and not the best conversation candidate. As a surgeon, he is impeccable, the best. if you are looking for a conversation skilled doctor, go to another office, or a spa!!! If you are looking for a highly skilled, talented and always up to date surgeon, Dr. Haddad is the one. I may not to talk him but he is the only ENT and plastic surgeon I trust. BTW, I do not get alimony!

Dr is somewhat abrupt and doesnt answer questions with a straight answer. Staff or lack of staff is not very professional the receptionist gives medical advice and she is not a medical personel. I visited there and was not very happy will not recommend. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they tell you there is another call ahead of you. The blond girl who works infront may be very friendly but she is non professional and carrys on private phone conversations when patients can hear.

First of all I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the office that should have been a red flag and when the girl did answer she wasnt able to give me an appointment cause she was not in the office. I went a head and had my surgery done with Dr Haddad and am very disappointed with my tummy tuck I still have a pouch below my incision and he says it is fine but I look really pudgy below my bikini line it doesnt look flattering. As for staff if you are into dealing with the Stepford wives then you will feel comfortable, I personally dont like fake people My surgery was done a few months ago and I am looking to get it corrected by ANOTHER surgeon!! FYI isnt it funny how all the good comments were made on the same month? Dont be fooled!
