Dr. Rad is efficient and on time and we are never kept waiting for our appointment. She is thorough with her questions and examinations. We are happy with her services.

Dr Rad is an excellent neurologist who spends time, listens to patient and examines very thoroughly and cares about well being of patient. She is responsive. There is no to little wait time. Easy to schedule appointments. At South Bay Neurology everything goes smooth and fast. The office is very efficient to coordinate the care after the visit.

Dr. Rad is very thorough. She asks a lot of questions and listens closely to the answers. She is also very proactive in ordering Physical Therapy, Medications or Scans. I am very pleased with my progress under her care.

Dr Rad is knowledgeable, listens to me and spends enough time with me. South Bay Neurology is unlike some physician offices that are like factories and only care about business. She is a very good diagnostician, responsive and accessible and tries her best for my well being.

Wow, just wow. All the negative feedback on here are absolutely correct. I first came in because I was experiencing some brain fog and was advised to see a neurologist. At the time I was a bit compromised and didn't have the luxury to do research ahead of time so I chose the first location that showed up on my search which was Dr. Nazila Rad. To my surprise when I came in for my appointment there was no receptionist and no one came to greet me. I had to continually ask for someone and eventually almost raise my voice to a level I wasn't comfortable with. After what I felt like was at least a whole min of me asking if anyone was there, Dr. Rad then casually comes out of her back office and asks what I want in the most unfriendly tone and demeanor. I told her I had an appointment and she reluctantly gives me the paperwork to get started. To be honest I should have left here, but I was so desperate bc of my condition, I went forward and decided to see her. During the whole exam, she was… very unpleasant and had an attitude. She never let me finish explaining my condition and at the end just prescribed me some St John's-Wort to fix a serious cognitive issue and recommended I do multiple tests all through her practice. I went ahead and did 2 of her 4 recommended tests until I realized she was charging me hundred of dollars and did not actually care about getting to the bottom of my health concern. I immediately told her that I will not proceed to do the rest of the 2 tests and the next day I get a guy that is associated with her calling me saying I need to pay right away or that they will forward my bill to a collection agency. You really can't make this kind of stuff up and for these two to be in charge of possible incoming patients that have been mentally compromised just scares me. Thank God for Yelp and other review sites that can keep them honest. Avoid this place at ALL cost. I an lucky to have found a good neurologist right after that immediately was able to identify my problem and now I am on to a full recovery. Dr. Rad could have literally cost me my life without me knowing it if I wasn't so lucky to have been able to have just the right amount of mental clarity to get out of the situation.

I first visited Dr. Rad because I was suddenly experiencing very heavy brain fog, poor cognitive abilities and migraines and in short, she tried to take advantage of me while my mind was compromised and I was completely vulnerable because of my condition. After weeks of suffering and being left in the dark, I was fortunate enough to find another Neurologist that quickly diagnosed me and set me in a path to recover and now luckily able to share my horrific experience I had with Dr. Rad. I chose Dr. Rad because there were good reviews (now I’m convince they’re fake). When I called to make a reservation, I was surprised when a very rude receptionist answered the call to make the appointment. Long and behold when I actual get to my appointment, she doesn’t have a receptionist and is a one woman show and it was actually her that I spoke to when making the appointment. She started right off the bat with terrible bedside manners. Very cold and cut me off multiple times not allowing me to… fully explain what I was going through. Just had me complete a written test then rushed me out saying I needed several tests and blood work done with no explanation of anything. She never followed up. I had to always reach out and at one point she started blindly asking me to buy supplements before I even got my blood work results back. When I messaged her and asked if it was safe taking aspirin with my condition, she was very short/cold and said I needed to schedule another appointment for her to answer questions. After she finally ordered an MRI scan there was no follow up for over a week and I had to eventually go to another Neurologist who was able to access my scans and give me the correct diagnosis and treatment. To top it off when I messaged Dr. Rad that I would no longer be seeing her, I get a call right away from a guy that threatens me that if I don’t pay my bill right away they’ll hand it over to collections. I am not one to write reviews, but I truly fear for future patients livelihood after my horrific experience and felt obligated to share this where it can be seen. Please avoid Dr. Rad if you truly care for your health and want the best care.

Dr. Rad has made a significant difference in my Mother’s well-being and our lives. She is resourceful and ordered much needed services. She is professional and gives compassionate care. She is friendly with a good demeanor. Mother has advance Dementia. Dr. Rad engages and interacts with her, and shows that Mother is important to her as a person. She looks at Mother with an expression of admiration and kind smile. Dr. Rad helps with comfort and convenience, i.e., suggests calling and talking to her when needed instead of coming into the office since it is hard getting Mother in to see her. I am amazed and quite pleased with her care of my Mother. She is excellent and we are grateful. I highly recommend her. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give her a 10. -- M. A. H.

Dr Rad is wonderful. She is diligent, caring and knowledgeable. After seeing her, I realized that I had been misprescribed medications that were not helpful.
