Dr. has issues, On the Job Alcohol abuse, ordered to have no supervisory interaction with physicians assistant. Disciplinary reports with the state Med Board shows he was ordered to comply with all probation orders of no Alcohol 106 urine test a year, 4yrs probation. He also has a restriction of no contact with the Physician assistant. On probation till 2020. Fired from previous job for drinking, refused offer of rehab, and drove away drunk. Left BAART (methadone clinic) last week. BAART allowed him to change a dosage, on an end stage kidney disease, told her that she has to cut short her life sustaining treatment because their office hours conflicted with his office schedule. These facts are available through the the State. I could not trust any Dr. that has a history of on job alcohol abuse and makes decisions without keeping a disabled patients fragile medical condition in mind.
