Total waste of time and money Rude and overbearing he talked over me the whole time Refused to give me the standard treatment my GP sent me for Go to another doctor!!

There is always a long wait and I agree with other reviewers that he has no bedside manners and talks to you as if you are a medical professional. Today, after waiting more than an hour and a half to see him, I was in the middle of asking him a question about my recent MRI when he abruptly cut me off and told me he would be right back. He came back 10 minutes later. In the interim, I talked to a nurse (Heather) who was just sitting there at her desk....presumably waiting to get off work because it was 5:30 by then. I asked her if it was common that he did that. She sneered, "If a patient is asking too many questions!" I was taken aback and told her that what she had said was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She then said, "If you don't like it, then you can take your business elsewhere." So... I did. I will take my insurance AND $45 copay elsewhere.

I am a Diabetic and badly broke my left ring finger. Dr. Armstrong was able to not only repair the break with 3 pins, I was able to regain almost full function of the hand after Physical Therapy. Dr. Armstrong took an active role in my rehabilitation and I credit him with my recovery. I highly recommend his services as a surgeon.

No doubt that Dr Armstrong is smart and knows his stuff, but he has zero people skills and spent more time dictating medical code into a tape recorder than explaining my condition to me. Go elsewhere, which is my recommendation of Gwinnett Clinic in general. They don't even have electronic medical records among their dozens of locations yet!!

Great doctor, very knowledgable and lots of experiences

I hurt my Achilles tendon from running. He was correct on all diagnosis. He was great, awesome bedside manner. Very thorough every appointment (I've been seeing him for three months now) love his informativeness. Would never hesitate to go back if needed.

Excellent diagnosis and setting of my Wife's wrist. Informative and explains the problem very well. Very simply put, We would recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone needing his professional help.

I was completely misdiagnosed by Dr. Armstrong. He told me I had arthritis in my ankle and sent me to PT after reading my MRI. I was told I would never be "pain-free". I took my MRI to another doctor for a second opinion and ended up needing two ankle reconstruction surgeries for a torn tendon, several torn ligaments and multiple bone fragments. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!

Dr Armstrong was a second opinion, and did not seem to care. I had previously been told from two other Orthopedics that my fusion had not healed. He stated it had healed and I shouln't be in any pain.

Great doctor! Has taken care of 4 broken bones for my kids. Very caring and will answer ALL my kids questions (even the silly ones).
