Dr. Ned Richards Warner, DO

Dr Warner was a life send. Very professional discovered problem and corrected it. I have a g tube and it requires some adjustments and regular replacements. He also did the tube thing and I felt extremely confident of the results. There is often a waiting time to get in it he is a specialist in demand. Never waited 6 months. Sometimes the nurse do sent get back to you that day but I've never waited till more then the next day. He listens and values input but is the doctor and makes the final recommendation. I have no problem recommending him to anyone. In fact my wife has her first appointment with him tommorow.. he is very personable.

Dr. Warner took special care in my health and was key to me getting life saving surgery. I am grateful to have been his patient. The staff is lovely as well. Susanne Johnson

Dr. Warner was very personable and he explained everything to my satifaction. I did not see him in his office but at the surgery center. So the wait time was longer than I am sure it would have been in his office! He was very prompt once I got in the room.

I've been having continued issued with intestinal ileus diagnosed by my GP via a CT scan 3 months ago. Have had continued issued that now have had me doubled over in pain. Staff at Dr. Warner's office says they have an opening in 6 months. Tried to explain the severity of my problem. I was directed to the voicemail of nurse. Two days go by without a return call. Called them again and left another message with the nurse. Someone filling in for the nurse calls in her absence the next day. The person has verbal capabilities of a snail with a stutter and the comprehension level of an infant. Put on hold for 5 min. only to continue at the same frustration level. Asked to have the doctor call me directly. Was transferred back to receptionist to be put on a wait list. Asked again to either have the doctor call me or refer me to another doctor. Was transferred to the voicemail of the head nurse. Recap: 4 days, 2 calls, 3 voicemail messages and a 13 min. phone call only to get the run-around… and STILL NO HELP!! Past appointments have been horrible. I've been left to sit in the waiting room and then in a closet sized exam room for hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. Especially for the amount of money they are paid by me and my insurance.

After my daughters procedure she was still having problems. They told me she couldn't schedule a follow up appointment for 2 months!

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, unless they have serious G.I. problems/diseases seem to be more his specialty. He is a very busy Dr. who doesn't research your symptoms and what helps and what doesn't. He basically does whatever test you ask for and prescribes medication you want to try to feel better. After procedures he doesn't follow-up other than tests results and if he does a follow-up visit it is scheduled months after the procedure. After we did all the major tests over a span of a year and $1,000's later, he simply told me that there was nothing else he could do and that I was healthy and was not going to find what I was looking for. He did help to eliminate what I don't have but certainly didn't help figure out what I do have and how to feel hungry and normal again. He basically just does all the major testing your regular Dr. can't do. Wait time in the office is 45 min and appoint is very rushed. Very discouraging experience and very unhelpful as to what to do now.
