Dr. Neda Khaghan, MD

I called Dr Khaghan's office to help me with a problem with their subcontractor, Amsburg (who are incompetent at billing/insurance). Susan, the manager, constantly interrupted and condescended to me as I tried to simply relate what my insurance provider described as the solution to my billing problem. She had no interest in being helpful. Staff often reflect the attitudes of the physicians for which they work. As such, my husband and I will go elsewhere for screenings.

Wonderful woman, wonderful doctor

DR. K is wonderful, her staff needs some help. They mix up reports, don't take the correct message, but they are courteous. Some nurses/assistants are better than others

Dr. Khagan was absolutely wonderful, attentive, caring and made me feel comfortable. She explained the procedure and eased my concerns. Her staff was extremely nice and could not have made me feel more at ease.

Dr. Khagan is a terrific doctor and a great person. She is kind, friendly, and approachable. At the same time, she is highly skilled and a great GI specialist.

Saw this doctor a few times. I won't go back. She hardly communicates with me about my test results, etc. Doesn't really seem too interested in her patients. Getting information about my case was like pulling teeth. Will be looking for someone else. My health is too important to me.

I trust her 100%, but getting through with the office is another matter. THe wait time is pretty bad too, although I would put up with anything to see her because I think she is so good.

So caring and on the ball. Amazing bed side manner and gets right to the point. The best dr. I have ever had, and everyone I refer to her loves her too.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Khagan and so I made an appointment to see her. I waited a long time in the office. It was almost as long as the time I spent with the doctor. I will definitely see her again. I think she knows what she is doing, but I think I just came on an off day.
