My very first time seeing Dr. Neelesh Mehendale was a very nice visit. The personal very nice and friendly. I will highly recommend Dr. Mehendale to any of my friends.

His connect with me was great. He explained all the details of options and answers all the questions. His diagnosis for my nose bleed was not accurate and the deviated septum surgery suggested to correct the nose bleed problem was incorrect. I still have nose bleeds. His office should NOT charge for the follow up visits as many a times the follow up visits were because of the errors made by the doctor in the previous visits.

I had BBPV, and couldn't get to any ENT's nearby in Irving. They got me in same day that I called, I waited less than 10 minutes, and the experience was wonderful. Dr. Mehendale was one of the nicest Dr's I have ever been to, he explained everything incredibly well, performed the required procedures to correct BBPV right there, and I was on my way. No additional referals needed, which always feels good when you are busy. Don't look anywhere else, go see him.

Dr Mehendale is remarkable. He is soft spoken, thorough, and respectful - qualities which were reassuring to my daughter. He makes good eye contact and made sure my daughter understood what he was saying. I will never find words to describe how much we appreciate this doctor.

Dr. Mehendale performed sinoplasty surgery and repaired a deviated septum. He took time to explain everything in detail; the surgery went exactly as expected and he's been great in follow-up. Would highly recommend. ae

The office staff is extremely rude. Nurses never have answers as well as the Billing department.

The kindest doctor ever! Very conservative when it comes to surgery. He doesn't rush into any unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Mehendale is a wonderful doctor. He always takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns and never makes you feel like he is in a hurry to get out of there. The whole staff is kind and patient. My daughter has been going there since she was 1 years old (she is now 2 1/2) and to get a child to hold still at that age is next to impossible. The staff always has a smile on their face no matter how many times they have to restart a test because my daughter moved. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to who is treating our daughter and we both would recommend this Doctor and his staff in a heartbeat.

I have seen Dr M for the past 7 years. He has seen numerous family members of mine from grandchildren to mother in law. He has done several surgeries in my family and all have been successful and necessary. He is a very kind man with a very kind staff. He doesnt rush through appointments and makes all of us feel like we are the most important person. He has gone above and beyond with my mother in law, making calls to other doctors to get her records. The doctors who he contacted were not doing anything to help her since she is elderly even though she had a 5 cm tumor growing in her throat and it was pressing against her esophogus. He truly saved her life and she is now able to have a good life.
