Dr. Neena Rani Gupta, DO

I am a new patient so planned on extra time but was in the office 2 hours before I finally saw the doctor. Once I saw her, I was impressed. Great manner and obviously well versed in her field.

Very warm and caring doctor which is rare these days.She took her time to address my concerns and not once did I feel rushed. I didn’t have to wait long for appointment or to be seen once in the office either!

Dr.Van and staff were awesome!

I met Dr. Neena Gupta as a ‘walk-in’ patient 21 years ago. She has been my Primary doctor ever since. When you are in her examination room she listens, she asks questions, she explains and she comforts. Dr. Gupta deserves the highest recommendation I can give.

I’ve gone through 4 primaries trying to find a doctor that talks to me like I have intelligence, spends time with me and actually cares. Dr Neena Gupta is such a Doctor. She saw immediately that there was a problem with me , drew blood and the next day I was in the hospital with severe anemia and ulcers.. needed blood transfusions. This office is clean, the girls at the desk are sweet and helpful and the medical assistant is amazing!! I can’t give enough praise to this wonderful Doctor and her staff!!!!!!

I have been a patient for 20 years plus. The staff are rude, unprofessional, insensitive. I will not go back even if their services was free of charge. They need to hire new staffs, I have never seen an unorganized office as such.

i have been seeing dr gupta for a few years she is always kind and professional...i cannot say the same for her staff. calls are not returned repeatedly, patients are not seen in an emergency situation, in my case, a painful urinary infection and was told no appointments in to the next week. i was told by dr gupta that my test results would be available in a few days and that i could call then. when i did, i was informed that test results are only released if you make a subsequent visit to the office..its blackmail, pure and simple. additionally, brenda was informed that either dr gupta or dr zitron should return our call. dr zitron, specifically asked me to contact her or dr gupta, if there were any further problems. i will not be returning to this practice and its a shame.
