Very professional, straight forward and honest. I screwed up and drank water prior to my procedure (that I wan't supposed to), He was honest and straight forward discussing the protocols and had me follow them exactly to be safe. He delayed my procedure and was still able to do it the same day. Staff around him was great as well.
