Dr. Neha Bansal, MD

So disappointed with this Dr and the office. I waited 6 months for appt for her to do a quick scan of my thyroid “unofficial”. As per Dr will do an official one in 6 months for return follow up. Took weeks for a return call regarding bloodwork and they were supposed to call in thyroid meds and never did. Called office multiple times asking for a supervisor or manger to call me back with no return call. Furthermore, super quick to recommend weight loss meds than listen to my actual symptoms. I was shocked as not obese! Do not recommend!!!

Dr. Bansal took her time to meet with me today. It was my first appointment and I was very hesitant. She was young but knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this dr to anyone.

Just had my second appointment with Dr. Bansal and she was wonderful. She takes her time explaining her thinking and her testing. I am confident that Dr. Bansal will help me with my current issue. I highly recommend this doctor

I found Dr. Bansal to be well-trained and highly informative. She spent a lot of time helping me understand my condition and how best to deal with it. I looked forward to my appointments with her and highly recommend her as an endocrinologist.

Arrogant and dismissive.

Don't waste your time waiting for this doctor. I Waited six months for an appointment & then one week before the scheduled appointment they called to tell me there was no reason for the doctor to see me. They said based on the llimited blood work done by my primary that there was nothing wrong with me and dismissed me without even seeing me or talking to me. I know how I feel, and there is definitely something wrong. Her nurse/receptionist, Lori (so) was very rude and dismissive. I am just so discouraged, and there isn't another Endo in this area.
