Over the years it appears Dr. B and his staff are simply just burned out. His appointments in the examining room have been abrupt and rushed— their is usually a stone-faced nurse that follows him into the the room that is grossly unwelcoming and an unpleasant presence. I felt uncared for and I no longer trust Dr. Blumenthal’s, his staff or his whole practice. Others Cons: *He tried to teach me on how to “properly” shave my vagina one time which I thought was inappropriate, telling me that YouTube has videos which was disgusting, random and unprofessional. *Poor bedside manner, very uncomfortable during examination, rushed and he cuts you off in the middle of your sentences. *Disregards concerns and has no resolution leaving you feel opened, raw and vulnerable. *The only friendly face in there is a nurse named Amanda. *The office hasn’t been updated since 1988. Smells and has the appearance of an old house. HTH. You deserve to be cared for and have quality… treatment with a well established and trusting relationship with your gynecologist. Good luck to you, Ladies.

I came back from two different overseas posts to have Dr. blumenthal deliver my babies. Fantastic care, honest, direct but caring.

Dr. Blumenthal raised his voice became very angry with me. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He fails to follow medical standards . He yelled at me that an accident that occurred during an ablation NEVER happens and yet it happened to me, if it NEVER happens and it did, you'd think he'd remember the one time it did. I never received an apology from him. I wasn't angry that it happened, accidents happen especially when it comes to machinery. Yelling at a patient, raising your voice in a hospital room is absolutely inappropriate. I feel that I should have received a phone call once he checked my chart ( if he even checked my chart) apologizing for raising his voice and for failing to remember the incident that left me stitched and packed. This man has a DemiGod attitude and needs a review on bedside manners.

WIll never go to another doc!

Dr. Blumenthal is a very knoweledgable doctor who i trust. He has delivered both of my babies via c-section and is one of the nicest docs out there.

I just love Dr.B!! He was awesome through my whole pregnancy! He & his staff are excellent!! Never had a problem!

Never really saw Dr. Blumenthal at my office visits despite having a high risk pregnancy. In 24 weeks, saw him a total of 10 mins. Not the kind of practice you want to visit if you plan on being an active participant in your care. After dealing with this problem, as well as the arrogance of this doctor, I decided to switch doctors. Trust of your doctor is an important part of you care, how can you trust a doctor you never see?

I have been seeing Dr. Blumenthal for about 5 years. I am always amazed at how short the wait time typically is; I wait longer to be seen at my dog's vet. Dr. Blumenthal spends more then enough time with me, answering any questions and explaining things in detail. His office staff and nurses are excellent as well.

This doctor is an angry rude doctor. I was appalled at the treatment I recieved from him. I only saw him twice in my pregnancy and each time he was very rude.
