Dr. Neil T Chen, MD

Dr. Chen is everything you would want in a surgeon. His bedside manner is impeccable. Very professional but gentlemanly, warm and caring. He took time to listen to my questions and to fully answer them. At no time did I feel he was in a hurry or rushed and as a matter of fact, even though I knew he had other patients to attend to, he made me feel that I was important by taking his time to ensure that he had answered all of my concerns.

The doctor will not deliver what he promises and when you push back, you will be treated horribly by he and his staff. Don't waste your money.

The way you can tell reviews are fake is that there are many reviews with the same dates. Look at the reviews on the 'real patient ratings' website. This doctor uses smoke and mirrors and tricks for his work, then lies when there are issues. He demonstrates no artistic ability in his work.

Dr. Chen took the time in my consultation to really put my mind at ease and listen thoroughly to what I expected for my results and then he absolutely exceeded them. I had my surgery during COVID when no one was allowed to go into the surgery center with patients. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Dr. Chen and the staff really took the time to help me feel more comfortable before surgery and even after when I was waking up and leaving. His follow-up was thorough and his information on my recovery was so beneficial. They even thoroughly explained to my husband all the thing he needed to do to help with my recovery and make it as smooth as possible. My follow up visits went smoothly and all of my minor concerns were addressed without making me feel like they were not important. When I saw myself without my bandages for the first time after surgery, I was in tears. I could not be happier with my results!

I love this office and got terrific results. I chose Dr Chen because I didn't have to go under general anesthesia. I was out of the recovery room and in the car quickly

Dr. Chen seemed as though he was always in a hurry. I felt as though I was bothering him when I wanted to ask any questions. When i did ask he was very short with me. He was sarcastic and gave some snarky comments during our visits. He staff was nice and that is the only reason i gave two stars. If I had to only rate him, I would give negative stars if I could. He should not belittle the people who are putting their trust on him.

Skilled surgeon. Several of my friends are patients of Dr Chen. They had amazing results, and 8 years later they still look perfect. I look forward to having Dr. Chen perform my tummy tuck and thigh lift.

Dr. Chen and his staff are very caring and provided me with excellent service . He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met and provided a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend him and his team.
