Dr. Neil M Coskun, MD

rude, cold, intimidating. I'm talking about the staff,mainly the clique of 3 girls behind the desk, they have no time to listen to me, they constantly talk over me, and walk away when you ask a question, then talk about me in Spanish(Ihear my name being mentioned), in such condescending tones, it makes me feel like they generally just hate their job, and hate me as well. I had to walk away from there today, and I'm incredibly upset about it, but I just can't take it anymore. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS!!! The doctors seem ok, altho always hurried, and very very little time to talk to me, I felt zero actual care on all but the first visit...they literally left me in a room for 45 minutes on one appointment! I felt like I was being punished. yeah, that was a serious wake up call to me to find a doctor and staff that actually care. good bye.

After the first visit you will only get to see his assistants. Never get to see him again. Finding a new physician

Never get to see the doctor. He has three assistants and that is who you'll end up seeing unless specifically request during your appointment request.

Dr. Coskun is very knowledgeable in his field of study. His services are Outstanding!!! I trust my entire family with his care. He is professional, polite, caring, and most of all he explains everything in such a positive way. He made my procedure very easy. His staff is professional and polite. This office does not treat you like a number or $$, they really care about you! Kudos to Dr. Coskun and his staff of caring professional people! You are #1 in Orlando

My visits with Dr Coskun have always been enjoyable, respectful, professional, and I have always been given the feeling of confidence in his abilities. This has been one of my best patient-doctor experiences. I always sense of his desire to look into the problem and solve it.

He is one of the best internist in the Neighborhood. I referred my entire family to his practice for their medical care. He is ethical and better trained than most of the physicians in Orlando .

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with both Dr. Coskun and his staff and feel that Dr. Coskun is very competent and trustworthy. The only complaint is that his pace is somewhat fast, leading me to believe he didn't digest everything I was trying to say. I believe this was already mentioned in another rating.

He quickly diagnosed and treated my reflux condition that two other doctors had failed. He appears very well educated and serious about his job, and kind too.

This doctor takes the time to explain your condition and answers all questions honestly and thoroughly. He does not judge a patient as some doctors do and he is a warm and friendly person.
