Dr. Neil F Dungca

After leaving the practice of another dentist who started over charging, we found Dr. Neil Dungca. We have been very satisfied with him and his associates. We get quick, reliable service. I have had a couple of issues with crowns becoming unseated through no fault of Dr. Dungca or his staff. The issues were my fault. I called the office and was given a same day appointment, the crown was replaced with no charge. I would recommend this practice to all who inquire. In the last year they have upgraded all their equipment and replaced it with top of the line.

I went to Dr. Neil for several years, and am less than satisfied. I went to a new dentist, and he found several problems Dr. Neil overlooked. I was told if he had discovered the problems earlier, I would not now need a tooth extraction. Dr. Neil did what was most expedient for him, and what would earn him the most money. His office is out of the 1950's, with poor tools and technology. I do not recommend Dr. Cunanon / Dungca.

I have a crippling fear of dentistry and Dr. Dungca (first time meeting him) told me with precision what to expect and how to go about the future procedures needed. The interaction erased any subsiding fear I had. Thank you.
