Dr. Neil Joseph Fialkow, MD

This doctor is all about giving medicine and doesn’t care about your well being

I am a former patient or Niel’s. He over reacted one time, and got me to go to the hospital by telling me to just go and talk to them. He then went behind my back and called that hospital to recommend I be committed to the psych ward, I was stuck there for one week. All of this for practically no reason and I now have permanent hospital records that are completely false, because it was a terrible hospital that he recommended I go to. I never went to Niel again after this.

I'm not sure how this psychiatrist has any good reviews. He performed a case study on my daughter and our family and ignored or lied about all documentation and clinician info that was provided to him. He denied my child's diagnoses. Made dangerous and inappropriate assumptions. Wrote a 40 page report where almost every piece of information was incorrect (including dates and ages). Refused to acknowledge his lack of knowledge on our child's diagnoses and instead blamed everything on poor parenting. Do not go to this man. He is a poor excuse of a psychiatrist!

As a former patient of Dr. Fialkow, it is very fortunate that I found a new psychiatrist. Dr.Fialkow arrived late to multiple meetings, and rarely returned calls in a timely manner. It was an apparent nightmare trying to reach him according to a local pharmacologist at CVS. Quick to prescribe, with a disappointing work ethic, after hearing great things about Dr.Fialkow, I and am very disappointed. It was not worth the expensive fee.

Dr.Neil Fialkow is and excellent psychiatrist! He has helped so many people!
