He uses PA theory (written by Gardner who claims societal benefits of pedophilia and rationalizes r@pe), writes false reports, VERY interested in my young daughter and hated me - an educated woman. If I write what I actually believe he is and where he belongs, the review will be removed. BEWARE

Allegheny County Neil David Rosenblum, license no. PS002415L, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2,500 and the costs of investigation of $4,661.11; was suspended for a period of thirty days following which he will be on probation for twelve months, subject to the board’s terms and conditions; and ordered to complete within one year of the effective date of this order, 30 contact hours of remedial education in the areas of ethics, custody evaluations and boundaries, because he committed unprofessional conduct by failing to conform to the standards of acceptable and prevailing psychological practice.

He took phone calls for things like buying tickets to shows during our sessions. Completely embellished things I said or got them entirely wrong. The most unprofessional "doctor" I've ever seen. Complete waste of money and a scam.

Awful. Avoid Neal Rosenblum Also , look him up through Pa. He has had his license suspended before . Avoid! Scary that the courts use him…
