Dr. Neil Stuart Rosenthal, MD

Dr. Rosenthal is incredible. I had some new issues and he not only took me in as his new patient when I was my most anxious, but he took me in early. He was communicative and thoughtful and extremely thorough. His office manager, Nicole is the same way. She was equally as approachable and communicative. I was in great hands with both and felt that way almost immediately. I can not recommend this practice enough. I am so glad and so grateful for Dr. Rosenthal and Nicole!

I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Rosenthal to anyone seeking a neurological diagnosis. He is extremely gifted in his field of medicine and is also quite understanding. He helped me tremendously.

If you really want to know who the great MDs are don't stop at another MDs recommendation. NEW YORM MAGAZINES "Best Doctors" does not always tell the true story. RNs work in close collaboration with MDs and are intimately aware of clinical and diagnostic skills, compassion and concern as well as their interpersonal abilities with other members of the health care team and, more importantly, with patients and families. The tyrannical doctor will never be really great. NYM is a very limited resouce Dr. Rosenthal meets my criteria for "great." I have been his patient. He courteous, professional, thorough, empathic and obviously well versed in his field. His Office Manager is very professional and manifestation of her ideals and Dr. Rosenthal. There has been some criticism about appointments, cancellations, etcetera but the bottom line is that "someone has to be the cop." Obviously I like Dr. Rosenthal and Office Manager. You obviously can take this as my endorsement. Go to him. He… will help you.

Dr. Rosenthal has his personality quirks, but, in my opinion, they are easily put up with. He is thorough and meticulous. Very happy to call my my Neurologist. His assistant, Nicole is a gem. Don't be afraid to challenge him, as he has a tendency to dismiss your concerns. But, if you persist, he will respond positively. All the posted signs around his office are a nice big hoot!!

Dr. Rosethal diagnosed me as having had a stroke, but subsequent second opinions confirmed I did not. Incompetent at best, dangerous at worst.

I was skeptical when i made the appointment because of the negative comments that were posted but I made the appointment anyway and I am glad that I did. I was given an appointment the same day and within a week I had answers and was on my way to feeling better. Thanks to the doctor, my situation is now under control and I feel great.Since day one the doctor and his secretary have been very nice and efficient. They know what they're doing. I'm glad I chose to see this doctor and would recomment his office to anyone looking for a good neurologist.
