Dr. Neil Kenton Stafford, MD

I have had quite a few docs after moving quite a bit and absolutely love Dr. Stafford. His nursing staff is great and get the skinny on your pains befoe he comes. The blood-taker is quick and painless and the front office staff is friendly if you are friendly. Back to the doc - he is very knowledgable, friendly and actually will follow up if needed... rare.

MA's are always friendly and helpful once you're inside but getting an appointment is a challenge. Front office is difficult and sometimes rude. They try to utilize PA's which is a very unfortunate trend these days. PA's are not equipped to make diagnosis.....that's why doctors go to medical school. Dr. is fairly knowledgable but somewhat impatient and dismissive. If you want courtesy and compassion perhaps best to seek a different practice. This one is a business and run with that attitude.

Dr. Stafford is one of the most thorough physicians I've encountered, with a friendly, outgoing personality. He takes time to explain all medical options and reasons for performing tests when necessary. He has been remarkably accurate with diagnoses in a short period of time, even when confronted with unusual symptoms.

Doctor is great, staff stinks.
