Dr. Nelly Mizrahi, MD

I first went to her because I was diagnosed with diabetes & my regular doc was on leave. I was given no diabetes education or information at all. Just handed a prescription & told "take these pills Over 2 years I kept saying I was concerned that despite being on a very low, 1100 calorie diet & in a vigorous fitness program, I was losing weight everywhere except my belly. Twice, she didn't bother to look up from her computer & just said "You just need to eat less and exercise more." My arms & legs were ripped but my belly just kept getting bigger. I looked like I was 11 months pregnant. Ended up in Emergency in extreme pain from the 20lb. tumor crushing my internal organs as it kept getting bigger. All she had to do was palpate my abdomen or order an ultrasound. Because of the emergency surgery to remove the tumor & needed follow-up surgery (8 hours on the operating table), my health took a major downturn with about $50,000 in medical bills. At one point she insisted I take a… medication for an issue I had zero symptoms or complaints of while ignoring the very real concerns I had. Stay far away if you value your health.

Out of all Family doctors, Dr. Mizrahi is by far the best care I have ever gotten

Great at keeping herself informed and continually educated. Makes diagnoses missed by other physicians. Great communicator. Obviously loves the challenges of her practice and caring for each patient’s both body and mind. The first “go to” physician when you have a problem, physically or mentally.

I love Dr. Mizrahi. She is very caring and thorough. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

It's a shame she can be called a doctor. She does not know the simplest things! And on top of that Very rude!

Dr. Nelly Mizrahi is an excellent profesional. She made an excellent diagnosis, which saved my life.

I love Dra. Mizhari because she really cares for my family. She takes time to listen and prescribe what it is needed to make us feel good and back to our daily routine. She calls to let us know the tests results, She refer very good physicians specialist when it is needed. I would recommend her to everyone and we stand 100% behind her practice!

The doctor seems guarded and defensive in her communication.

The practice policy is to make all patient calls at the end of the business day. So they send you to get an x-ray at the hospital, they get the test results and it may be days before they get those results back to you, the patient. This is really helpful if you are in pain, think you may have a broken bone and still have a life to live. NOT.Also, I told her where the pain was, she looked at a tan spot in another area and wanted to know how that area got bruised and if there was any pain there.
