Dr. Nelson Mobolanle Oyesiku, MD

He is impeccable- detailed- personable - and precise. He treated me like I was his only patient. He connected me with all the specialist I needed, making sure he had all the information he needed. I owe this man my life.

Absolute disappointment, he was not able to remove the whole tumor, since surgery I’ve been trying to get a follow up appointment with him, but I’m not sure why he won’t see me. Please make sure you inform yourself extremely well before you let someone inside you brain, do more that just google search, the net talks nice about him with out actually knowing or learning form his patients. He has performed many surgeries but that doesn’t mean he has been successful; once you have surgery and something goes bad there’s no turn back. And the front staff at Emory is absolutely rude, (specially Lisa Word his PA) the average your health insurance the worst the staff will treat you. Sad.

I was on the edge waiting for a 2nd opinion about a brain issue. Dr. N. Obesity answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He spent time with me and I didn't feel rushed. His PA, Kathleen Ward, was also amazing. Very professional and very detailed. It was worth the trip to travel 2 hrs to be treated by this office. The MA, front/back receptionist made me and my family feel comfortable also. Me being a healthcare professional , we sometimes look for things that are out of place. I can honestly say, this clinic is top notch.

Dr. Oyesiku is a great doctor. If you have a pituitary tumor, he is the person to see. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Unfortunately, dealing with his office is typically a very unpleasant experience. The wait in the office is pretty long. If you have to do anything through phone, don't expect much help. It can take them a ridiculously long time to assist you. I haven't found them to be very friendly either. I continue to go because Dr. Oyesiku is the best there is in his specialty.

Dr. Oyesiku was awesome. He is an incredible surgeon and his bedside manner is wonderful. One year post-op, he still promptly answers my questions.

He saved my wife's life, and our marriage through God. His steady hands removed the tumor that impended on her pituitary gland. It was a rough start after the surgery, but my wife does not need hormone therapy now, nearly 12 months later she is doing the best she has in her entire life. I am so thankful for this doctor- he changed our lives. Thank you Dr. Oyesiku- you are truly a Godsend!

i visited Dr oyesiku because I had a pituitary mass and the good comments on here. I had a horrible experience. They let me wait months and months before getting a appointment . The office staff wowould change my appointments. Dr oyesiku told me my tumor was nnecrotic and thought that meant I needed immediate surgery but he. Didn't schedule me for surgery until a WHOLE month later and my updated MRI then too!!! They did another MRI about 3 days before the surgery. He never called me with the results!! I had to go through loops to get it. On the day of my preop appt. They were going by my last MRI before I came to them which was 2 months ago. I told the nurse what did my new MRI read. She didn't know I had gotten another MRI. They found out my tumor shrunk from 18mm to 3cm . They got Dr. Oyesiku on the phone he told me I didn't need surgery because it looks like the tumor is dying on it's own. I am still having headaches to this day and i am going to make a appt with another doctor. Bad… experience with this doctor

Dr. Oyesiku and his staff are very professional, efficient, and courteous. I have enjoyed every encounter with them and would not consider going elsewhere for treatment.

I had a pituitary tumor that was very large and scary. Dr. O put me at ease, and removed all of the tumor when other doctors had said they could not get it all. I had no complications at all. He is the best.
