Dr. Nelson Vazquez, MD

I went for a yearly check up. Dr. Vaquez checked my skin for 60 seconds followed by a biopsy. He recommended follow up. I have had derm docs check with with a light and also check the soles of your feet. Then you get a paper copy of what is found. He was gone before I could catch my breath. He did, however prescribe. The PA, no longer there was helpful on follow up. I notice his profile is scrubbed on line when you google him. Earlier I found out he did a years time in the slammer for tax fraud. He has about six practices. I do not trust him.

The doctor is very unprofessional. He took personal calls while I was in the room and completely forgot he had a patient. While talking to me about my medical issues he had his "baby" waiting where she could hear our conversation. Very rude.

Dr. Vazquez gives each patient plenty of time, is very thorough, and open to questions. Far too many doctors want you in and out in five minutes these days. The only downside to this, and the doctor's practice in general, is that the wait time is VERY long. I've only seen him twice, but both times the wait was more than an hour.

Doctor Vazquez puts more of a priority in patient care, listen to patient and very professional than the average doctor.
