Dr. Nelson Wong, MD

I was looking forward to becoming a patient of Dr. Wong's, but I never made it past one of his rude reception staffers. Dealing with Diane while jumping through her hoops just to be considered for an appointment was an experience that made me never want to deal with her again. She sent me another patient's information on the "blank" registration form she made me fill out before being considered for an appointment. She also mentioned that they charge $250.00 for late cancellations and no shows. When I asked what that entails, she said, "It's a $250 charge as I just indicated to you." A very rude response, as I was trying to find out what they considered a "late cancellation". Oh, and even though the office hours are until 5 pm, they don't schedule appointments after 2:45 pm on Fridays.

Dr. Wong is very through in his working with me. He looks at all aspects of pain management. He is very helpful in leading a patient to deal with the pain that they are suffering from.

Excellent bedside manner. Explains things very well and listens carefully to patients. Explains different treatment types with emphasis on least invasive first. Even recommended a 2nd opinion for me. Highly recommend!!
