I was with the practice for 7 yrs when Dr. pathrose was still there and took me on after my first surgery. She is highly missed. My provider became Dr. I. Carano who is a caring and great listener and was very empathetic with me. She understood my condition. I’m just upset that you’re terminated from the practice without an explanation. I believe it’s due to rescheduling quite a few appts that were beyond my control but I was given no warning or spoken with. Just an “ here’s an 1 month supply of your meds and you need to find another provider. After 7 yrs I’m left looking for a new pain management provider. I’m sad that the office after numerous attempts to speak with a manager for an explanation I’ve been ignored. I wish the staff wouldn’t look at you as a number and were caring and much more empathetic. I’m upset but much more hurt. Dr. Carano was a great provider. ????
