Overall Dr A is great for routine visits but what is lacking is his staff . They simply do not know how to deal with public . You have to call multiple times for the same issue and they simply are not caring , and borderline rude . The new front person Rita and Christine who has been there longer need to take some lessons on how to talk with patients who are sick and simply need help rather than dis missing them

I've been going to Dr A. for years and having nothing but positive things to say about him. He takes as much time as you need to review your health and answer any questions you might have. He really cares and it shows.

Dr A is great but the staff, specifically the front desk women, are rude. They think they own the place and they talk down to the patients. Ido not go there anymore only because of the staff...the worst!

We found Dr. A. many years ago when he first was starting his practice. After trying many Doctors in Boca, and never being happy with them, we tried Dr. A. What a breath of fresh air he and his staff are. He has always helped us with whatever health issues we had, and if he feels another specialist should see us, he sends us to them. He is very thorough and I always feel better when I leave than when I go in... I highly recommend him as a professional and warm doctor.

Terrible diagnostician

Dr A has the skills of a great internist. He's thoughtful, smart, has a courteous manner and he listens. So glad we found him!

I went to Dr. A. for close to 4 years. In the beginning, he seem very thorough and I liked his manner. When electronic records became the norm, Dr. A spent my entire appt duration, reading (on his computer) notes from my previous appt. He was not listening to what I was saying and was basically ignoring my current condition. He should have reviewed his notes prior to my arrival! He placed me on a medication for 3 years, after which he said it wasn't working well for me....why did he wait so long?? My final appt was awful. He was rude to me and quite out of line. He actually snapped. I did not go back to him again, but called the office to acquire my records for my next Internist. They told me it would be one dollar a page and obviously sounded like they didn't want to bother with my request. Subsequently, I was told by my new doctor that records cost 25 cents for the first 25 pgs, and one dollar each after that. Stacy, his manager, never informed me of the above....clearly… she was going to rip me off!! This doctor and his staff should not be in the medical profession....period!!

Have been going to Dr. A for years and would not go anywhere else. He is a caring doctor who knows his patients and takes time to listen to them. The appointments are also kept on time and you seldom wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get in.

Front office staff is rude and snotty. My specialty doctor tried multiple times to receive my blood work from Dr A.'s office but his staff never sent it. Awful

No bedside manner . Very hard to talk to . The most incomplete intial exam i ever received Front desk office staff rude .
