Dr. Nersi Niami, MD

Most arrogant office staff I have ever seen. Doctor Niami will never speak nicely with his patients. We have experienced it 3 times so far. My daughter had serious infection but doctor Niami said its nothing. We consulted some other doctor and she was able to diagnose properly and cure my daughter. The office staff and some other doctor at the same facility behave very badly with asian patients, especially Indian patients, their parents. Go for some other doctors.

this place is not at all recommended, the front office staff is rude, uncultured and unrespectful. . They just make a point to fell you humiliated such that they are doing a big favour to you.

Dr. Niami is very poor at dealing with us as his patients. He does not want to listen to our concerns or questions, and seems only interested in his own. He is definitely a "my way or the highway" kind of service. He never seems to want to spend any time with us, and sometimes uses another doctor to convey messages from him back and forth, instead of speaking with us directly. His bedside manner is poor, listening skills very weak, people skills are very poor, and his follow up is non-existent. I understand he owns the practice, and we have seen the level of care decline over our time there. We will not be returning.

We have had positive experiences with Dr. Niami and staff since the birth of our daughter last year. We've never had to wait long for our appointments and we were able to get an appointment quickly when necessary. Always got a call back from the on call physician.

My overall experience has been quite positive with Dr. Niami. I have been going to him since my son was born over three years ago, and have continued to be his patient since the birth of my second child last year. I'm not sure why other reviewers had bad experiences, but for me whenever I called after hours he responded very quickly when on call. I trust his judgement, he has always been kind, courteous and respectful. My kids like him, he knows all of our names without having to look at anyone's charts and I have always had enough time during visits. In urgent visits I often get appointments the same day or even same morning. He has been correct so far in the care of my kids, so I'll continue to see him as long as I live in the area!

It is strssful enough to go to the Doctor's office without having to plan your sick child's appointment around Dr. Niami and Dr. Shultice. Neither of them are people person's or good with our daughter. The two women doctor's and nursea are excellent. Otherwise, I would change Pediatrician's.

Dr. Niami is knowelgable, takes time with his patients and is very caring.

He is not caring, never gives enough time, and will never followup. Its tough being new parents, and he just makes me hate all of his staff. When I call their office for a walk in Visit, I totally wish Niami not to be oncall... cause it just means adding more stress!Niami needs a class on people skills and needs to learn how to develop a Rapport. My kids hate the sight of him, because he is not at all affectionate.
