They billed Quest Diagnostic incorrectly as diagnostic instead of annual checkup. They were contacted by insurance and Quest Diagnostic on several occasions (at least 5 times) to correct the billing, however, either they were totally incompetent or ignorant about how to bill correctly. Finally gave up and changed doctor.

The entire staff and both doctors made me feel awful. I will never return. It’s sad because it used to a better practice until they started focusing on making money on weight loss injections and Botox.

Great, to-the-point primary care doctor. Most well organized and competent staff I've seen in a physician's office. Minimal wait times. Highly recommend Dr. Rose Kurtom.

NO COMMUNICATION-no patient contact. How can a doctor treat someone when they never even speak to them? Did not know if "Dr. Kurtom" was male or female!! Does not return calls from patients. Patients in need of an Internal Medicine doc should keep looking!
