Doctor is amazing and so is the surgical coordinator Kelly. First time I called got a really bad attitude from one of the girls who picked up the phone , Andrea . She made me spend 20 min on the phone explaining to her what I’ve done and she kept making excuses not to work and help me out.She even hung up on me. It was so frustrating to have some one work at the face of that office. That was terrible expierence . But then I had explained my situation to Kelly who was more then willing to truly be there with kindness and guide me through the process of getting it done.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. THE OFFICE IS FAR. I JUST WASTED $50 TODAY IN CAB TO GET THERE JUST TO HAVE THE NURSE SHEW ME AWAY. ALL DR. DE LA CRUZ OFFICE HAD TO DO IS SEND A AUTHORIZATION REQUEST TO BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AND ALL MY OTHER DOCTORS WOULD HAVE SENT THE RECOMMENDATION LETTERS WITH EVERYTHING NECESSARY TO APPROVE THE SURGERY. THE NURSE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO HEAR IT BECAUSE IT IS OBAMA CARE BUT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD CAN STILL APPROVE THE SURGERY WITH OBAMA CARE IF HIS OFFICE WOULD HAVE SIMPLY TRIED. FAIRE WARNING: THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH A BATTERY OF CEREMONIAL OF STUFF FOR NOTHING; WILL MAKE YOU SPEND A WHOLE BUNCH OF MONEY FOR NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Today I walked in to Dr De La Cruz office feeling nervous as though I had hit a wall and would never accomplish what I desperately need. He made feel like I wasnt alone on my weight / health issues all due to my obesity. I have hopes now & left his office knowing that I had finally found a Doctor who will work with me to improve my quality of life and a chance in obtaining better health. Soon I'll be on the road to a healthier me. Thank you Dr De La Cruz. I will never feel alone in my battle for a healthier me. The struggle is real and you understood. Thank you
